Sunset Market - Summer Series
Every 2nd Wednesday, June-September
Application Deadlines:
May 29th, June 22nd, July 27th, August 24th
1. Booth Space & Setup:
Setup Hours: Vendors may begin setting up their booths at 3:30 PM on each day of the event.
Booth Size: Each vendor is allocated a 6 x 6, 8 x 8, or 10' x 10' space.
Larger Displays: Vendors requiring additional space must notify the organizer in advance.
Space Assignment: Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Load-In & Parking
Vendor Load-In: Begins at 3:30 PM on each day of the event
Load-In Location: Access the event area via the alley behind Unity Park for unloading and setup (between the park and The Frontier Tavern).
We ask vendors to unload efficiently and then move their vehicles promptly.
Free parking is available around the park
A wagon or rolling cart is highly recommended to make load-in easier.
3. Event Hours & Breakdown
Event Hours: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Breakdown: Begins promptly at 9:00 PM
Cleanup: Vendors are responsible for removing all trash and leaving their space clean. Please leave your space as you found it.
4. Safety Compliance
Canopy Requirements:
Per City of Ellensburg Fire Code, all canopies used in public events must be:
Made of fire-resistant material that complies with NFPA 701 standards.
Clearly labeled as flame-retardant.
Properly weighted with at least 25 pounds per leg (no stakes permitted on pavement).
It is the vendor's responsibility to ensure compliance. Non-compliant vendors may be asked to take down their setup.
Be prepared for those famous Ellensburg winds. Unsecured canopies are a safety risk and may be removed by event staff if deemed unsafe.
5. Vendor Fee & Donation
Non-refundable Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee of $30, $35, $40, or $50 is required to reserve your booth space for each event. This fee ensures that your spot in the market is officially reserved. Please confirm with Krewphoria Events before paying your fee.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Venmo, cash, or check. Payment must be received by the Organizer by June 1st to confirm your participation in the event.

Donation: One donated item from each vendor will be placed into a gift basket fundraiser benefiting Aspen Victim Advocacy Services, or another organization TBD.

6. Permits & Licensing
Submit copies to the organizer before June 5, 2026.
7. No Guarantee of Sales
8. Rights & Responsibilities
Vendor Rights: Vendors retain full ownership and rights to their products and services, including all profits derived from sales at the event.
Use of Event Name and Logo: Vendors are granted permission to use the Sunset Market Summer Series name, logo, and promotional materials to promote their participation.
Vendor Product Responsibility: Vendors are solely responsible for the safety, quality, and effects of their products. Please ensure that all products sold are safe for public consumption or use.
9. Liability & Indemnification
Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Krewphoria Events and the City of Ellensburg, including representatives and volunteers, from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from Vendor participation.
Krewphoria Events and the City of Ellensburg are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of items belonging to the Vendor.
10. Public Statements & Reputation
Vendors agree to communicate professionally regarding the event, Krewphoria Events, and the City of Ellensburg in public forums, including social media.
Vendors are encouraged to bring any concerns directly to Krewphoria Events for resolution.
False, defamatory, or intentionally harmful public statements may result in denial of participation in future events and further action as permitted by law.
11. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If the Vendor cancels participation the 1st of the month, a refund of 50% will be provided.
Cancellations made on and after the 1st of the month will not receive a refund.
If the event is canceled by the Organizer due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions), a full refund will be issued.
12. Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation message once your vendor space has been approved and payment instructions are sent. Spaces are limited to 10-15 vendors for each event, so early commitment is encouraged!
